Andrew can breathe a sigh of reduction as a result of my birthday is over;). It was good in each approach, and I’m actually excited for my 40s and feeling motivated to get some PRs as a Grasp! Let’s make amends for a couple of issues we’ve been as much as in my favourite place on the earth.
For my birthday run, I needed to go after the Crown Report on Strava for my favourite loop. Some speedsters have accomplished this loop, and I needed to kill myself off for the CR;). The primary half of it’s down and the second half is up which makes it difficult however so enjoyable… I completed with a 5:39 tempo for the .92 mile phase (and naturally needed to maintain going to complete off the mile).

We spent a whole lot of time at Poipu Seaside snorkeling and staring on the turtles and Monk Seals.
We went on a whale watching tour and noticed dolphins and whales. Beck saved trying again at me with this face and it was my favourite a part of the day… he was so blissful to be out on the ocean adventuring.
We drove as much as Waimea Canyon. The views have been unreal.
Then headed to the highest to look out over the Napali Coast.
Possibly not the prettiest image however one of the best Poke I’ve ever had from a meals truck.
And naturally some ice cream.
We bought out simply the 2 of us for Valentine’s.
