Amélie Fortier-Cyr has been appointed as Chief Digital & Advertising Officer (CDMO) of L’Oréal Canada. She succeeds Marc Dicko, who has taken on new tasks throughout the L’Oréal Group as Chief Digital Advertising Officer for the SAPMENA Zone.
With almost 20 years of expertise at L’Oréal, Amélie Fortier-Cyr, graduate of HEC Montréal and the Université de Sherbrooke, has constructed an exemplary profession spanning Canada, the USA, France, and the UK. Her journey throughout the group started in 2007 in Paris at Vichy Laboratories, earlier than holding key administration roles in New York, Paris, and London.
Returning to Canada in 2013 as Vichy Model Director, she then led all pillars of L’Oréal Paris from 2014 to 2018, actively contributing to the model’s development. In late 2018, she took the helm of Lancôme Canada.
For the previous three years, she held the place of Common Supervisor of L’Oréal Paris UK & Eire.
Amélie Fortier-Cyr formally assumed her position as Chief Digital & Advertising Officer on September 1, 2026, reporting on to Stéphane Bérubé, President and CEO of L’Oréal Canada, and dealing in collaboration with Han Wen, Chief Digital Advertising Officer for the North America Zone.
