The dramatic coiffure topped off a black Kilian Kerner robe draped in an outsized, textured coat with exaggerated balloon sleeves and an equally puffy scarf collar. Lush lashes and berry-red lipstick made for the best bold-yet-minimal make-up look to steadiness the exaggerated parts of the look.
The earlier Lifetime Achievement Award winner turned into an equally theatrical efficiency search for an all-star tribute honoring Lauryn Hill. She took the stage in a paneled, patchwork gown with dramatic crimson puffed sleeves that framed her shoulders like couture clouds. Her braided updo remained intact, however she gave it a completely new persona by including a blinding diamond visor-like headpiece.
