It “reworked improvement” by reducing the barrier to entry, enabling a technology of programmers who had been extra centered on fixing enterprise issues than mastering arcane syntax.
This playbook—empower the developer, win the platform—is core to Microsoft’s DNA. It’s why the corporate faltered within the early 2010s when its developer story grew stale, and it’s exactly the way it engineered its gorgeous comeback.
