So…what’s the Monday Ballot?
Wonderful query! It isn’t, opposite to its title, an precise ballot, like with little clicky buttons. It’s only a checklist of kind of random questions I’ve been posting on this weblog each Monday morning for the previous quadrillion years (since 2007).
1. One thing in your nightstand?
A giant ol’ stack of books which can be about to fall over, LOL!
2. One thing humorous your pet does?
If Marnie likes you and walks previous you, she’ll shortly lick your knee or your leg in case you’re carrying shorts or a costume. We name it “drive-by lickies.”
3. One thing you’d love to do at present?
Prepare dinner some late summer time veggies that I’ve had since Tuesday. I want all these pretty string beans, squash and zucchini would saute themselves in olive oil and just a little salt, however alas, that’s not occurring.
4. One thing you’re attempting to let go of?
UGH, the muddle. I at all times assume to myself, “I’d want this sometime,” however truthfully, 99 p.c of the time, I don’t even use no matter I used to be hoarding.
5. One thing you completely love?
That feeling after a very good eight hours of sleep! My physique wakes up by itself, and I don’t have that drained feeling in my eyes. Love, love, like it.
